By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Wilderness Cove Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wilderness Cove Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Wilderness Cove Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Wilderness Cove Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program. Guest agrees to comply with all campground rules, which may be updated from time to time.

Check-In Time: Between 3pm – 9pm ET. Please call ahead with early check-in requests to confirm if your site is available. Likewise, please call us ahead of time if you are unable to check-in by 9pm ET.

Check-Out Time: 11am ET.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Cancellation Policy

• Stays less than 28 nights
  • Cancellations 3 days or less in advance of your stay will result in no refund.
  • Cancellations 4 to 14 days in advance of your stay will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
  • Cancellations 15 or more days in advance of your stay will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee.
• Stays 28 nights or more
  • Cancellations 30 days or less in advance of your stay will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the reservation total.
  • Cancellations 31 or more days in advance of your stay will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee.

**No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations on Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) or the Green River Race weekend**

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Wilderness Cove Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
